Mäpt Ghijip-lez was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1406, by Rrheash vyim Roxlendeplə˞rd. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Mäpt Ghijip-lez was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mäpt Ghijip-lez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Mäpt Ghijip-lez is buildings folow an organic layout of broad paverstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The town's timber-based walls are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Mäpt Ghijip-lez has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Mäpt Ghijip-lez ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.

Cultural Notes
Mäpt Ghijip-lez's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is skipped in Mäpt Ghijip-lez.
The Shredskin near Mäpt Ghijip-lez are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Mäpt Ghijip-lez is in secret rebellion against their ostensible liege, having cut deals with his enemies, plotted to betray him for their own gain, or bridled under his tyranny and sought a better lord. The community’s leadership is all in on this plot, and outside viceroys or representatives are being kept carefully ignorant of the reality. The common folk may be oblivious to the truth, though they’ll doubtless have felt the same motivations and promptings that convinced their leaders to turn traitor.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century a local hero by the name of spared the town from an attack. was immortalized in song for this deed.
